2 ) Our business clients will hand out your hotel coupon to their customers as a reward for purchasing a product or service.

3 ) The customer redeems the certificate through our redemption website or by mail and lets us know at least two dates that they would like to travel.

4 ) We call you and ask you what dates are best for you, usually when you expect to have the most empty rooms. We book them in your room and everyone is happy.
