Quality all the way! Very pleased! |

Upon arrival at the hotel, we were pleased with the surroundings. My kids were amazed at how beautiful the hotel was. Incredible beaches, crystal blue water, widlife all around! We went upstairs. The hallways were immaculate. We entered the room. The room was immmaculate! The room carried the faintest hint of lemon verbena. That fragrance remained in the room the remainder of our stay. The toiletries provided by the hotel all had that lemon verbena scent. We found it very soothing & refreshing.
We remained at the resort for 5 days without any negative occurrences. The room was fantastic & always kept clean! The service was fantastic! The pool area was always clean & well maintained. Everybody from the gentlemen that made my Latte every morning, smiling and making pleasant small talk, to the service in the gift shop, the cooks in the restaurant @ 1am who were working frantically to make everybody's order to perfection, to the front desk on check out inquiring if our stay went well.
It was a fantastic experience. My kids & I had a GREAT TIME! I would highly recommend this package. If you've never tried it, give it a whirl. I'm glad we did. When we go back again, I will be very sure to stay there again & use this package in the future!

I admit, I was a skeptic about this offer - having booked through sites like Hotwire & Priceline before, sometimes you get a great deal, sometimes you get a lousy one - & I was not sure what our experience would be here, even though they say "4 star resorts..." Me and my children came to stay at the resort and what an brilliant place it was!!! The standards were exellent, very clean hotel and the staff were falling over themselves to be helpful and polite. The kidsuite we stayed in was cool. The pools and fitness center were a real bonus .....just need to save up to go back again!!!

Our hotel was absolutely wonderful. From the time we stepped off the shuttel to the time we left everything they did was perfect. The rooms were all newly renovated, clean and beautiful, the beds were comfy and the view was beyond description. They have a buffet breakfast and lunch that is also very good and since breakfast was free each day with our room and with the variety of food on the buffet you couldn't go wrong. A winner of a vacation, we will buy again. Drinks were a bit pricey but since we barely paid for the room itself it was easy to justify - 5 stars from us.

I don;t know how they can get away with it, but I;m glad for it however it works. Really very nice resort we stayed at, great big rooms, clean, white linens, quiet - just what we wanted. Could not beleive the price was exactly as described on the site & not a penny more. A great find, I have recommended this site to everyone I know since my trip.
