All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. * Corporate Travel Gifts (CTG) is solely a market place for shown Vacation & Other incentive type Vouchers. CTG is NOT responsible for pricing set by redemption Vendors. CTG cannot offer refunds for any issues such as pricing or fulfillment options offered at the time of redemption.  If a listed voucher becomes unavailable for any reason, vendors have the right to offer an alternative voucher of equal or similar quality in lieu of a refund. By making a purchase on this website you acknowledge this & agree to waive refund rights & agree to all terms & conditions listed on this site.

* CTG is NOT a travel booking agency, nor does it claim or guarantee available travel dates or locations in specifics. CTG is a provider for third party products offered by vendors and cannot be held responsible for the vendors actions or products it represents. In case of third party vendor changes in policy, procedure, or product, CTG shall be held harmless unless these changes have been submitted in writing to CTG by said vendor prior to any transaction in question.  CTG agrees to make immediate changes to any product as necessary, but Customer acknowledges these changes can be made suddenly and is responsible to check the site for changes.  After purchasing online, initial reservation forms are sent by USPS mail from supplying vendor. Some reservation centers work strictly via mail, others may offer booking online, by fax, phone, or all of the above.  CTG has NO control over how quickly these reservation forms will be sent or returned to customer.  Any issues of availability, timing, reservations, or other travel details MUST be dealt with the customers assigned travel agency or vendor, as CTG has no capabilities or jurisdiction over these matters.

Purchases & Refunds
CTG has a firm NO REFUND policy.  CTG provides a toll free number for clients to call with questions, an extensive FAQ section, and readily available email access to our staff to avoid any confusion about products or items before purchase. Once an order has been placed, an automated email is sent to the buyer containing a personal Customer ID Code.  This ID Code allows the customer to redeem or activate each voucher online anytime. This ID Code, once sent, is available for use for the intended client and cannot be "returned" due to the nature of it having been sent by & received by email and not as a physical item. We regret that refunds are not available, but we do offer an exchange policy & the ability to resell items.  Our products are pre-paid by CTG to our vendors and therefore cannot be refunded. We do offer most products without expiration, so that clients may either enjoy them at a later date, or utilize the option to re-sell at will in their own time for their own price. By making a purchase on this website you acknowledge that you have read & understand and agree to these terms, & therefore waive refund rights.

Agreement
Making a purchase on CTG's website means that buyer waives all refund rights and agrees that they understand our no refund policy and agrees not to pursue a refund for any item. Charge back attempts, refund requests, or claims filed through Paypal or other merchants will not be honored unless due to proven fraudulent financial transactions not made by the original credit card owner. Our staff works diligently to ensure client satisfaction and can offer other recourses of action other than a refund, such as our 100% Value Guarantee, which allows the exchange of products to occur for the same or similar value of the original purchase. Buying any product on our site means you understand & agree to these terms & statements, and that you further agree to waive all refund rights.

Libel: Individuals who have a disagreement with CTG policy or products agree to resolve said issues with CTG solely and agree that expressing false, malicious, or incitement remarks are libelous & cause for legal action against said individual as such.  Publicly written remarks intended to damage the reputation of CTG or discourage business will not be tolerated and may be cause for lawsuit. CTG provides full Value guarantee for all products and agrees to arrange & resolve disputes with this guarantee. This is our legal policy. Any disagreement with this policy is invalid after the purchase has been made, as buyers agree to written Terms when making a purchase from CTG. Individuals have the right to express their opinions publicly but may not maliciously injure the business or name of CTG in specifics publicly in writing, or produce false or misleading information, or else are subject to legal action.  In reference to Agreement: Said individuals may be responsible for legal fees incurred by CTG for damages, attorneys fees and other legal expenses to combat libelous attacks on CTG.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a CTG product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, or in the case of a discount code error, CTG reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Term; Termination

Use of Site
Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a CTG or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. If any customer pursues a refund through legal action, customer agrees to pay all legal costs including advance deposit as well as any other fees that may be incurred for CTG defense as well as their own legal fees.
